This step-by-step guide will walk you through everything you need to know to build your Blunt Envy TS Pro Training Scooter from start to finish.
Let’s run through how to assemble the Blunt Envy TS Pro training scooter.
- A 2-piece bar
- 2 extensions (50mm and 100mm)
- A bag with all the bolts
- 2 allen keys for assembly.
- A base.
1. Starting with the 2 piece bar, slide the crossbar into the top with the sticker at the bottom on the front. With the bars together align the two holes on either side. Insert the provided bolts and tighten till hand tight with allen keys
2. Now to install the bar onto the base simply insert the bottom bar into the compression. Like with the top of the bar, align the holes and insert bolts into each hole and tighten.
That’s the basic assembly done.
If you want to adjust the bar height, there are 2 bar extensions included in the box; a 50mm and 100mm.
1. To install these extensions, simply slide one of the two bar extensions into the top of the handlebars until desired height is reached.
2. Once the desired height is reached, repeat the process of inserting the bolts.
3. Then put the handle bars with the now added extensions into the bar and secure with bolts.
To maintain tight compression, insert a 6mm allen key into the bottom of the deck and tighten whilst holding the bar
