If you are unhappy with your recent purchase, you have 28 days from purchase to return to us for a refund or exchange - any items must reach our returns department within 28 days of purchase for any problems or concerns with merchandise.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returned items must be UNUSED, in pristine condition and in the original packaging.

If the item(s) fail our inspection, you will be notified at the original order email address. You will then have 14 days to arrange collection of the item(s) from our premises, either in person or via courier. If they are not collected within 14 days of us notifying the customer the return has failled the inspection, then the item(s) will be disposed of.

Our decision will be final, so please ensure your return meets the expectations of our terms and conditions before posting it back to us.

Once the returns form has been completed and we have approved the request, please return the item(s) using a courier of your choice. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

If the item(s) in question are deemed to be faulty, Wake2o will send you a pre-paid returns label.

You will need to print this and fix it to your package.

The return will need to be dropped to a couriers drop-shop or post office (if royal mail).

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

If the product is deemed faulty then wake2o will cover the cost in the form of a pre-paid returns label.

We aim to have a resolution to your return request within 24 hours (Weekdays and Saturdays).

As part of the Standard Returns policy, as you are responsible for retuning the item, you can use a courier of your own choosing. This will be at your own cost and we strongly advise using an insured reputable courier, as we would not be responsible for missing-in-transit or damaged parcels.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds will be paid back to original payment method - Card payments can take up to 10 working days, PayPal refunds are almost instant once authorised.

Please let us know at the first available instance if the product has arrived damaged.

If it is damaged caused in transit, we only have a short window to be able to claim against the courier, so we need all information asap.

Please send us as much info as possible, ie. photos and description.

We will arrange its return and/or replacement.

If the item has developed a fault withing the warranty period, and the fault is accepted by Wake2o, then the original packaging will not be requied.

Non-UK Returns

If returning a product from a Non-UK country, please begin your return by clicking the button below for the return approval. Please be aware you will be responsible to cover return shipping costs and to arrange a courier. Returns must reach our returns department within 28 days of purchase date for any problems or concerns with merchandise. The goods should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging return the items in an unworn, unused & re-sellable condition with the printed receipt for a refund or exchange. All exchanges dependent on existing stock. Under these circumstances we cannot refund any postage charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items *

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS:

Christmas returns carry an extended returns period.

Items purchased from 1st November 2024 can be returned up until 15th January 2025. Customers have 30 days to return for a full refund (as per our regular returns policy). Items returned after 30 days and up until 15th January 2025 will be credited with a Wake2o Gift Voucher to the original email address.

Damages And Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your item(s) fail our inspection, then it is your responsibility to collect the item from our store, either in person, or via courier. After 14 days the item(s) will be disposed of. Our decisions is final, so please ensure your return meets our terms and conditions before sending it bak to us.

WARRANTY POLICY:

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser (“Owner”).

All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

Wake2o warrants all products sold to be free of defects in material or workmanship. Wake2o’s only responsibility shall be limited to repair / replacement / refund of the defective product.

Wake2o will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of any product sold from our store.

This warranty is subject to the following limitations in addition to any imposed by virtue of applicable law.

* Coverage under this limited warranty is void if any modifications or alterations have been made to any product not specifically authorized in writing by wake2o.

* Repair or replaced products are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty.

* Products are not covered by any verbal warranties.

Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:

– Damage or Breakage from wear and tear
– Impact-related damage or breakage
– Damage resulting from abuse, misuse or carelessness
– Intentional damage and/or breakage
– Edge chipping and/or pressure cracking from normal wear and abuse
– Warpage from exposure to heat, rain, or snow
– Damage resulting from improper installation of accessories
– Any damage caused from anything other than defects in material or workmanship
– Damage from the use of solvents, adhesives

If a defect arises in the product within the limited warranty period, the user should promptly return the product. We will not be responsible for any costs, such as, but not limited to handling, shipping or insurance. If the item(s) are replaced, the replacement product is covered only for the remainder of the original limited warranty period dating from the purchase of the original product.

Furthermore, if the product / part(s) that need to be replaced are from a discontinued model, they will be replaced with products of comparative models or performance.

How it works:

* All products to be returned to us for warranty must be returned before the expiration of the warranty period and must be accompanied by the dated proof of purchase.

* All products must be shipped prepaid and insured. Wake2o assumes no responsibility for products during shipment from the Owner to a us. Shipping charges to a wake2o are not refundable.

* Repaired or replaced product will be returned in a reasonable amount of time.

* Return shipping costs will be paid by wake2o.
