Placing an order:
Can we help with choosing a product?
Yes we can, go over to our contact us page and we will get back to you as soon as possible to provide you with advice you need.
Can I order over the phone?
Unfortunately we are unable to take orders over the phone. All orders should be placed online or in our Shrewsbury store. However if you need any help feel free to give us a call and one of our staff will help you.
How can I leave a review?
We appreciate all reviews from out customers. If you are wanting to leave us some feedback, please feel free to leave in via our TrustPilot. If you have placed an order through Amazon then be sure to leave feedback on our Amazon.
Receiving Your Order
When will your order be dispatched?
We aim to get all orders dispatched on the same day if order is placed before 16:00. If not placed before then it will be dispatched on the next working. Any orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday will be sent on the next working day.
When will I receive my order?
If you place your order before 16:00 and selected 48HR delivery then you should receive it within the next 48 hours from when the order was shipped.
If you have ordered a paddle board or any large items before 12:00 then they will be dispatched on the same day, if not then they will be dispatched the next business day.
Free delivery for orders above £50 will be take between 3-5 days. If order is under £50 then there will be a small postage fee.

We deliver worldwide, but if no shipping options come up, contact us and we will provide a shipping quote.

Using your account
Do you need an account to place an order with us?
No, you don't require an account with us. If you pay through PayPal then they hold your details. If you are wanting to pay via credit/debit cards then you may check out as a guest.
Are your details secure?
Can you add a new address?
Yes, to do so just simply go into your account page and go to address and add or remove any addresses.
Returning an item
How long do you have to return an item?
You have 28 days to return an item. Check out our returns policy for more information.
How do you return an item?
Customers are responsible for returning an item, unless there is an issue with the product itself, in that case we will provide you with a returns label. Check out our returns policy to find out more.
Do we do exchanges / replacements?
Yes, if you want to exchange your product for a different size/colour then we will send out the exchange once we receive the original item. Subject to availability.
If you need your replacement urgently, it will be quicker to place a new order. Once the original order has been returned then we shall refund it.
How to make a warranty claim
All product we sell are subject to a warranty, the time for every product varies. Check out our warranty page to see what your items warranty is.
We only accept warranties for a manufacturing defect.
To place a warranty claim email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the issue, your name and order number and photos of the issue. We will get back to you as quick as possible.
Some product come with an extended warranty. That is offered through the brand, not Wake2o.

How do we use your personal information?
Do you use do price matching?
Yes, we offer price matching.
We will only price match if:
- The product is in stock
- The same colour and size
- Same year of production
- It's a UK retailer only.
- We do not price match with marketplaces, ie Ebay or Amazon.
We do reserve the rights to not price match if the level of our service exceeds that of the competition, or the competition is selling at a loss.
