A new addition to the Loaded boards longboard range...the Chinchiller! Available as just the deck or the big chillin setup. In this post we will break down the board and show you why you need this chiller in your collection.
THE BREAKDOWN
The Chinchiller longboard is a compact carving and pumping board, designed to be comfy and playful. With a subtle flex making it perfect for super chilled cruising, it also has some super cool features that let you bust out some tricks, some slides and get creative with your riding.
This board has a compact wheelbase and a slim width which makes it light, nimble and easy to maneuver. It is built around a rocker profile between the trucks which nestles you feet for a locked in and stable feeling. The rocker lowers the board for easier pushin, but also levels out at the trucks to create this subtle nanodrop. The nanodrop gives you board awareness and a bit of extra support when carving and sliding.
The mellow nose and tail kicks allow you to lock into manuals and play around with some freestyle trickery. The Chinchiller is completely symmetrical which makes it great for shove its and riding switch.
Loaded have also included wheel wells for deep turns and to help avoided the dreaded wheelbite.
The Chinchiller features artwork by Retoka and to make this print pop it has been printed onto a white composite material which also protects the vertically laminated bamboo core and fibreglass skins. This construction makes the board ultra light, thin and strong.
