X-STRINGER CONSTRUCTION

An innovation which Jobe added 3 years ago: X-stringer construction! Instead of the normal drop stitch construction, which you will find throughout the market, Jobe have our X-stringer construction. This gave them one step ahead of the competition making their SUP boards stiffer and lighter than anyone out there!

(DOUBLE) STRINGER

Together with the X-stringer construction, Jobe have added an extra PVC stringer on the top of the board. This made for a better rocker shape in the board and even more stiffness. The Aero series uses this tech making them stiffer then the competition and giving you a lot of value for your money. In 2021 they doubled down on their tech by adding an extra stringer on the bottom of their Premium range SUP boards. This means Jobe's Premium range are their stiffest boards to date with a top and bottom stringer.

HEAT BONDED TECH

Heat bonded tech has a must since the beginning! By melting 2 layers together, they save weight and create one stiff layer which won’t bend. This was one of the first features which made are SUP boards better from the get-go.
RAILTAPE

The seam of the board is a spot which people tend to bump into rocks, docks and other objects. So a few years ago, Jobe wanted to improve on this and ensure that you get a SUP which is made to last. So they placed a reinforced rail tape over the seem of the board. This added layer adds stiffness and ensures durability for your SUP, making it the perfect bumper for your SUP!
