This version boasts updated construction using basalt and bio-epoxy materials, resulting in a lighter weight, increased strength, and a new damp flex for improved performance. The innovative use of bio-based Super Sap epoxy, which incorporates tree sap to replace a significant portion of petroleum content, ensures a continued commitment to eco-friendliness. Additionally, the basalt fabric used in the deck requires less processing than fibreglass, as it has already been naturally processed by a volcano.

Functional Design

A generous platform with rockered profile cradles your stance for comfortable dancing, freestyle, and general riding. Mild concave (slightly increased from the Bhangra V1) provides edge control without interfering with footwork. Large nose and tail with aggressive (50-grit) griptape encourage creative manual and shuvit tricks. A strategic pattern of mild (80-grit) griptape on the standing platform ensures confidence in sliding and hard carving while also allowing for smooth pivots, pirouettes, and other dancing footwork. CNC-milled wheel wells increase clearance for bigger wheels and reduce the risk of wheelbite.

Super Sap

Bio-based epoxy by Entropy Resins. Uses bio-based materials from industrial waste streams such as tree sap to replace petroleum content and reduce the carbon footprint of the epoxy from manufacturing. We've worked closely with Entropy to enhance every major performance characteristic of the resin. The Bhangra V2 was the first board in the Loaded lineup to switch to this innovative resin system and has since been joined by many more. Better for the planet, even more fun.

Orangatang Stimulus

The Orangatang Stimulus longboard wheels feature an offset design and a relatively wide contact patch for grip. Rounder inner and outer lips with stiff flex for clean slide initiation and smooth, chatter-free slides. Stone ground surface for consistent slides out of the box and more consistent wear over the life of the wheel.

LOADED JEHU V2 BEARINGS

The new Loaded Jehu V2 Bearings (version 2 of Loaded's original Jehu bearings) feature extended inner raceways to eliminate the need for separate spacers and speed rings. Crank them all the way down and keep your setup tight.

LOADED FLANGE BOLTS

Made from extremely strong steel (significantly stronger than Grade 8), these flange head bolts integrate the washer into the bolt itself in order to reduce the height of the bolt heads while still distributing load pressure. The hex socket is also slightly recessed beneath the surface of the bolt for extra durability.

High Performance Flex

Bamboo and basalt construction provides comfortable flex perfect for fancy footwork and freestyle tricks. The difference in stiffness between the two flex options is significantly higher than our usual ratios, hence the designation “Flex <1”. Flex <1 is ideal for both heavier riders and aggressive freestyle tricksters of any stature seeking considerably higher stiffness, stability, and resilience. Flex 2 is a balanced yet damp flex appropriate for a wide range of riders or those looking for a more playful and responsive board.

Strong and Damp

Dual vertically laminated bamboo cores are sandwiched between layers of basalt fabric to create a strong and lightweight structure (on average more than half a pound lighter than its V1 predecessor) with damp yet responsive flex. A bamboo bottom veneer protects the bottom basalt composite layer, while a cross-ply bamboo top veneer adds both durability and torsional stiffness.
